Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is about your sales agent Hope Martinez. In the past year, Hope has sold six houses for us. She started in August 1997 and each sale took only 30 days or so. The last house closed escrow in April 1998. You are probably asking your self why I am writing this letter and I am very happy to tell you. I have worked with several real estate agents and none have the enthusiasm as well as the expertise that Hope has displayed when working with her clients. If I were to enter the real estate field, I would feel lucky to have someone like Hope for a mentor. Hope not only sells the house but she educates her buyers in the process.

I have recently worked with another agent and it was a disaster. My father passed away, his home was sold, and it seemed like it took forever to close escrow. I kept thinking if Hope were involved it would have gone smoothly and that was my motivation to writing this letter. My experience with hope has been so pleasant that I had to take this opportunity to write and let you know.
